As a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization, we advance our mission through four key Pillars of Impact: Cultivating Leaders, Changing Perceptions, Building Skills & Confidence, and Collaborating Toward Change. While our reach spans the nation, our work focuses in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida, and Virginia, creating change across the Southeast.
